The ecmtreasures.com and The Eternal.biz are not  nonprofit organizations.  They are websites dedicated to serve and glorify God by advancing His Kingdom through the internet.  With the scripture selections in these websites, it is my hope and prayer that other people might realize the destiny that awaits them - eternal life in heaven or eternal punishment in hell and that by becoming informed of their destiny, they might decide to choose eternal life  (not death)  by accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

The Bible tells us that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23) and the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23). Therefore since we are all sinners and we can not go to heaven by ourselves because only the pure in heart can qualify to be a citizen of heaven,  our only hope for us to be accepted in heaven and to give us the eternal life that we need is Jesus. Jesus, our source of life,  has become an atoning sacrifice for the penalty  of our sins(1 John 2:2), died for us so that He might become the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him. (Hebrews 5:9 ). 

The bible says that the people perish because of ignorance, not knowing what their eternal spirits need  in order to live in eternity. The Bible both in the old and the new testament has been pointing to the very source of our spiritual nourishment, Jesus.  God came to earth in the flesh (human form) in the person of Jesus to teach us how to live the kind of life that will bring us to everlasting life with God where righteousness, peace, love and joy reigns. Jesus is telling us in the Bible that He is the Way, the Truth and the Life (John 14:5-14) and that if we hold on to His teachings, we will know the real truth and the truth will set us free from the bondage of Satan that leads to death.  Jesus also declared that He is the Bread of Life and that whoever comes to Him will never go hungry and whoever believes in Him will never be thirsty (John 6:35) because the water that Jesus gives him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life( John 4:13-14 ). 

How can we but believe Him as He claimed to be,  having shown miracles, signs and wonders that only a deity is able to do. By His touch and by His word and in His name the sick are healed, the lame, crippled and paralyzed walk, the blind see, the mute  made well, the dead are raised, the lepers cleansed, the fig tree instantly withered, the evil spirits  driven out,  five thousand peoples in one occasion and four thousand peoples in another occasion all fed with only a few fish and a couple of bread, walked on water and calmed the storm, turned water into wine, etc and all His teachings, he taught with authority. Finally, He gave up His life for us as an atoning sacrifice for our sins and raised himself up again to show that we can have life after death with God if we believe in Him.

 We are so fortunate to have a very valuable possession that is readily available to us, that can teach us all that Jesus taught when He was here in the flesh on earth - the Holy Bible. The Bible  tells us (John 1:1-14)  that   in the beginning,   the Word of God,  who existed with God and is also God, became flesh and made his dwelling among us, Jesus Christ is this Word of God.  The  Scriptures, the Holy Bible, has also been called the Word of God because they are the very words of eternal life. The message of the good news, the gospel of grace, the gospel of  our Lord Jesus Christ and all of his teachings are written in the Holy Bible that everyone who might hear it will have eternal life. Jesus mission here on earth is to give life to all who believe in his teachings .The Holy Bible has been written by prophets of God and by the apostles of Jesus Christ through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit of God (2 Timothy 3:16 ) so that we might have all the nourishment that we need for eternal life. The Holy Bible is God's instruction to us for us to live an eternal life. So when our souls are feeling hungry or thirsty or feeling empty within,  all we need to do is read the scriptures and as you read, pray, i. e. talk to God about what you read in the Bible. They are the true bread and true water that can give us eternal life. They are the TRUE WEALTH that we can bring with us in heaven. Let us keep these Bible Treasures in our hearts and keep them forever!

Our life here on earth is so short, average life here on earth is 70 to 80.  We are so blessed if we can reach a hundred years because only a few live that long.  We therefore have ahead of us, eternity. How do you like to spend eternity?  Would you like to spend it in eternal punishment in hell or would you rather spend it with joy, peace, goodness, righteousness with God and his angels. Since in eternity, we will exist in our glorious spiritual bodies, and no more fleshly bodies, would we rather begin taking care of our spirits now to make them live and grow strong and healthy.

The materials we have in this website are restricted to what the scriptures say about the particular topic. Any attempt to explain the scriptures has not been done because of  the belief that the scriptures are clear and self - explanatory.  Each time you read them, ask the Holy Spirit to give you understanding so as to be able to grasp the message in each scripture. Pray that the Holy Spirit will lead us to the truth and that we will know God more and more each day.
